The published Business Email plans include 1 mailbox on Solo, 5 on Team, and 25 on Business. The number of mailboxes is not a storage or sending allowance. Confirm storage, sending restrictions, and supported access methods with Edara before ordering; do not assume unlimited capacity.

Different from transactional email
Transactional email is generated by a system: password resets, receipts, notifications, and order confirmations. It is a different use from employees reading and replying to messages. A Business Email subscription should not be assumed to include a transactional sending service or bulk marketing. Discuss those requirements separately; no transactional-email pricing is offered here.
