Start with the business outcome
Describe what should move between systems and why. For example, an approved booking in one system could trigger a customer update in WhatsApp. Identify the source of the correct information, the recipient, and any action that changes a record. Technical feasibility must be confirmed before delivery is agreed.
What Edara needs from you
Provide the system documentation, an authorized contact, and suitable sample data. Agree access and which records the integration may read or change. Confirm the setup cost, supported workflows, and ongoing maintenance responsibilities. Listing the feature in a plan does not mean unlimited custom development.
Test failures as well as success
Check missing data, repeated updates, and unavailable systems as well as a successful request. Agree how staff will notice failures and what manual steps are needed if the connection stops. Test before enabling real customer messages or actions that change business data.
Changes and ongoing operation
A change to either connected system may require the integration to be updated. Agree who reviews its status and how to request assistance. Message and AI usage limits still apply where relevant. Custom integration support does not itself promise automatic repair, unrestricted access, or guaranteed delivery times.
