An expired or incorrectly configured certificate may cause a warning or stop visitors continuing normally. For a customer submitting an enquiry, that warning can undermine confidence even if your business is legitimate.

Cloud plans include SSL for the covered website, with certificate setup and renewal management. Correct domain and DNS configuration is needed for certificates to work. Tell Edara before changing the domain or DNS; confirm coverage for extra hostnames or custom certificate requirements.

Renewal management and monitoring serve different purposes: one maintains the certificate, the other checks for certificate problems. Edara Protect includes SSL monitoring for covered addresses.
