Performance monitoring helps you notice when a website responds more slowly or behaves differently over time. A site can be reachable yet frustrating for customers to use.

What the signals mean
Response time describes how long a monitored request takes to receive a response. Availability indicates whether the checked service can be reached. These signals help identify trends, but a quick response from one page does not prove that checkout, images, or every customer's connection is working well.

Cloud Pro coverage
Cloud Pro includes performance monitoring. Confirm the monitored pages, reporting arrangements, and any alert thresholds with Edara. Starter and Business do not list this feature in the comparison table. More specific availability and endpoint monitoring can be considered through Edara Protect.

A practical example
After uploading large product images, your store may still open but take longer to respond. A performance change can prompt a review of images and recent updates. Compare observations over time and test the affected customer journey before deciding what needs to change.

An alert is not a repair
An alert, where configured, indicates a condition worth investigating; it does not establish the cause or confirm a fix. Technical investigation and changes depend on the support or incident-response scope you have purchased. Contact Edara with the affected URL, time, and customer impact when further help is needed.
