Additional support hours

When eligible work needs more time than your monthly Care allowance, additional support is priced at AED 199 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

   How 15-minute billing works

   An hour contains four 15-minute increments, so each increment is AED 49.75. Two increments, or 30 minutes of additional billable time, cost AED 99.50. Confirm how partial increments are rounded in your quote; do not assume minute-by-minute billing.

   Using the balance first

   If you have 15 included minutes left and an eligible task takes 45 minutes, the remaining 30 minutes are additional time. At the published rate, those two increments total AED 99.50 before any applicable tax. Confirm the estimate and billing treatment with Edara before the work proceeds.

   Agree the work and cost

   Ask for the remaining allowance, the expected additional effort, and the work covered by the estimate. If the task changes, request an updated scope. Extra time extends eligible support; it does not automatically include a large project, emergency service, or after-hours coverage.

   When to review your plan

   If your business regularly exceeds the allowance, compare Care tiers and discuss recurring work with Edara. Additional time should not be used to charge for fixing a confirmed Edara software defect. Review the task breakdown if you are unsure why a particular item was billed.
