AI usage

AI usage is the activity recorded when you use supported Edara AI features to help with business tasks. Understanding it helps you choose a plan and manage everyday demand.

   Included usage and your plan allowance

   Included usage is the AI capacity provided with your subscription. The plan allowance is the limit on that capacity for the applicable usage period. It is separate from which features your plan unlocks: access to a feature does not mean unlimited use of it.

   What activity may use the allowance?

   Generating an AI-assisted response, summarizing business information, analyzing supported business data, or running an AI-powered workflow may consume usage. Generating a new version may also count, even if you do not send or use the result; check the feature's usage terms.

   Why two tasks may use different amounts

   A short reply and an analysis of a long business report need not consume the same amount. For example, generating a weekly sales summary may use part of your allowance each time it runs. Do not treat the allowance as a fixed number of messages unless the plan explicitly defines it that way.

   Additional usage

   Additional usage is capacity beyond your included allowance. Options may be available depending on your plan and can have separate terms and charges. Ask Edara to confirm availability, price, validity, and whether it applies to the feature you need before purchasing.

   Track usage before expanding workflows

   Usage tracking shows how much of the allowance has been consumed. Review account usage information where available, or ask Edara for your current balance and reporting period.
