AI usage limits

An AI allowance sets the amount of supported AI activity included with your plan. It helps businesses plan demand and helps Edara manage shared service capacity. Your plan summary or agreement defines the allowance that applies to you.

   What counts toward usage?

   AI-assisted replies, summaries, supported data analysis, and AI workflow runs may consume the allowance. Different features may count activity differently, and repeated generation may add usage. A summary generated every day can consume more over a month than one generated only when requested.

   How your plan affects the allowance

   Plans can differ in included capacity and available features. A larger allowance does not automatically enable every AI feature, and a feature's inclusion does not remove its usage limits. Compare the AI information on the pricing page and confirm any allowance not specified there with Edara before choosing a plan.

   When usage resets and whether it rolls over

   The reset period, reset date, and rollover rule must be confirmed in your plan terms. Do not assume the allowance resets on the first day of each month or that unused capacity carries forward. Annual payment does not by itself establish an annual pool of AI usage. Ask Edara to confirm these details if they are not shown in your account or agreement.

   What happens when the allowance runs out?

   Continued AI use depends on the feature and your plan's limit handling. A feature may require a renewed allowance or additional capacity before it can continue. Do not assume automatic paid overage or uninterrupted AI workflows. Confirm the exhaustion behavior before using AI for a time-sensitive process, and keep a manual way to complete important tasks.

   Can you purchase more?

   Additional usage options may be available depending on your plan. Edara can confirm the available option, its price, applicable features, and expiry before you decide. No fixed credit quantity or additional-usage price is specified here; your agreed offer governs the purchase.

   Monitor consumption and avoid surprises

   Review usage information in your account where supported; otherwise ask Edara for a usage summary, remaining allowance, and next reset date. Allowances provide a boundary for consumption, but alerts, spending caps, and approval controls vary by feature and should be confirmed rather than assumed. Review who can run AI tasks, repeated workflow schedules, and any available limits before enabling broad access.
