A Microsoft 365 license gives a user access to the products included in the selected edition. Edara Management is a separate service for agreed administrative work on your company's setup.

What the license buys
Choose the license edition according to the applications and capabilities your users need. The pricing catalog lists licenses per user per month. Editions can differ, so confirm the exact licensed products and terms before ordering. An Edara management fee does not replace the licenses needed for those users.

What Edara Management covers
Managed Microsoft 365 is listed separately per company per month. Its agreed scope can cover account setup, user management, configuration assistance, and license administration. Confirm which tasks and limits apply to your company. This administrative service is not unlimited IT support or a promise to solve every device or application problem.

A five-person business
A company with five users selects the required licenses for those users. If it also wants Edara to administer the setup, it adds the separate managed service. When a new employee joins, account and license administration follows the agreed scope; the new user's license is still a separate requirement.

Setup, migration, and ongoing changes
Initial setup and moving existing mail or files may need a separate scope and quote. Provide the user list, domain details, and current service information. Confirm what is included in onboarding, who approves changes, and which requests need additional support before proceeding. Management alone does not add backup or recovery guarantees.

Compare the two charges separately
Use the business-services pricing section to compare user licenses and the company management service. Ask Edara to show them as separate items in your offer, along with setup or migration work. Confirm renewal and user-change terms for the selected license instead of assuming they match the managed-service terms.
