A Google Workspace license provides the services included in your chosen edition for a user. Edara Management is a separate administrative service for the company's agreed setup and account needs.

User access comes from the license
The pricing catalog lists Workspace licenses per user per month. Select the edition that meets the team's requirements and confirm its specific services and limits. Purchasing management alone does not create licensed access for every employee, and a license by itself does not purchase Edara's administrative work.

The separate managed service
Managed Google Workspace is listed per company per month. Supported administration may include user setup, account changes, configuration assistance, and license administration within the agreed scope. Confirm the covered work and any limits. It does not mean unlimited help with every computer, application, or business process.

Onboarding and offboarding
When an employee joins, the business needs an appropriate license and an account setup. When someone leaves, decide what access to remove and how their business information should be handed over before requesting account deletion. Edara's assistance follows your management scope; license changes follow the applicable subscription terms.

Setup and migration are scoped work
Connecting a domain, setting up accounts, and moving historical mail or files are distinct tasks. Confirm onboarding, migration coverage, timing, and any setup fee before ordering. Test the agreed accounts and data after a move. Ongoing management does not by itself promise backup coverage or a guaranteed restore time.

Review licenses and administration together
Compare the user license and company management rows in business-services pricing. Request an offer that separates recurring licenses, management, and any one-time work. Tell Edara how many people need access and the administrative help you expect so the scope can be matched to your business.
